Barre Attack is an amazing fusion of Pilates, Cardio and Ballet at the Barre. No need to know your first from your third or your tendus from your arabesque. Just come along for a great leg and butt workout, interlaced with a few cardio spurts and finished off with a strong mat Pilates session. Balls, bands and dumbbells supplied, toe socks are optional - but fun!
