WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PILATES AND YOGA?
Both Pilates and Yoga offer stress relief, flexibility, strength, control and endurance. The biggest difference between the two classes is the spiritual component in Yoga and the focus on core strength in Pilates.
Why choose just one practice when you can have the benefits of both? Yoga will provide you with flexibility, freedom of movement and a physical challenge, while Pilates will give you an attention to detail and a FABulous ab workout.
WHAT IF I CAN’T DO IT? WHAT IF IT’S TOO HARD?
Each of our classes can be done by beginners, even if they are not fit or flexible or coordinated. You can rest whenever you want. Our expert instructors will also offer optional poses and exercises for newcomers to help you progress and stay safe.
I’M NOT FLEXIBLE.
That’s why you need to do Yoga! Don’t worry, we will help you get started you will be flexible enough soon enough.

DO I NEED TO BE GOOD AT DANCING TO DO BARRE ATTACK?
We’re not and we love it. Barre Attack is a fun and motivating class and a great way to get moving.
I THOUGHT PILATES WAS FOR OLD OR INJURED PEOPLE.
It is. It’s also for young and fit people. And pilates is for men as well as women. Pilates can be used for rehabilation and/or fitness. Pilates is for everyone regardless of your current strength, flexibility, fitness level, your age, your sex, etc.
